なお、ハクトウワシのメニューにチャンネルキャットフィッシュ(Ictalurus punctatus)、オオクチバス（Micropterus salmoides)、ブルーギル(Lepomis macrochirus)、パンプキンシード(L. gibbosus)、イエローパーチ(Perca flavescens)など、アクアリストにとって馴染み深い名前が多数含まれていました。

ハクトウワシなどは、魚の骨など消化するのでしょうかね？オオワシが、サケの頭を丸呑みしていた映像を見た感じがしましたが、骨など関係なしのような・・？

オオワシが魚の頭部を丸飲みにしていたのは、Wildlife SpecialsのEagleですね。骨などでも、消化できないものはペリットとして吐き出すのではないでしょうか。
骨を主食(C.J.Brownによると70％)とするヒゲワシなど、消化液に酸が多く含まれていて、飲み込んだらすぐに消化してしまうそうです。

ヒゲワシが、骨割り場にしている場所では、ドーンと骨が激突する音がするそうですが、骨が人に当たったら、大怪我しますね。
エジプトハゲワシの嘴は、細いのですが、
骨と骨の間の肉を食べやすいようですね。

ヒゲワシが骨を落とすシーンは、アッテンボローのThe Living PlanetおよびThe Life of Birdsで見ることができます。お気に入りの裸岩を繰り返し使用するようですね。
エジプトハゲワシの嘴は細いのですが、かなり大きな石をくわえて、ダチョウの卵を割ったりしますね。
